The Dance With Me ownership team is comprised of champions in the ballroom dance industry. It was co-founded by Maksim Chmerkovskiy ofABC's Dancing With the Stars. It is also home to National and World Champions, and Dancing With the Stars professionals, Val Chmerkovskiy and Tony Dovolani, winner of the Dancing With the Stars All-Star season. The quality and excellence of its founders and owners is passed down through its training program to each member of the Dance With Me staff.

Dance With Me was originally founded by Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Sasha Chmerkovskiy, and Jhanna Volynets. The ownership team has since added Eugene Livshits, Val Chmerkovskiy, and Tony Dovolani.
